Returns & Exchanges

Under Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act, online purchases generally come with a 7-day right to cancel the contract(commonly referred to as the “7-day inspection period”). The inspection period is not a trial period, and products should be kept in their original condition.

If your order arrives with any of the following issues, please contact us as soon as possible:

  • The product was damaged during shipping.

  • You received the wrong product.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please contact us via EMAIL within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Order number

  • A complete unboxing video

  • A description of the issue

The complete unboxing video should begin before opening the package, clearly showing the outer packaging and shipping label, and continue without interruption until the product has been removed from the package, so that the condition of the product upon arrival can be verified.

For damaged or incorrect items, our customer service team will review the provided information and assist with arranging a replacement or refund.

Important Notes

Please submit your return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.

Before placing your order, please confirm the product size and specifications. If the wrong item was shipped, or the product has a defect, please contact us through our return and exchange process.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, and detail may occur. These are natural characteristics of handmade items and are not considered defects.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, storage, or handling on the customer's part, and such damage is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

If an item arrives damaged during shipping, or if we ship the wrong item, YOIZUKI GARDEN will cover the cost of return/replacement shipping.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Actual processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
