Shipping Method

YOIZUKI GARDEN offers shipping within Taiwan and worldwide.

Once your order has been completed and shipped, it will be sent using the appropriate shipping method based on the destination.

Taiwan Orders:

Available via 7-ELEVEN Store-to-Store and T-CAT Home Delivery.

・7-ELEVEN Store-to-Store: Delivered to your selected store within approximately 3–5 business days after shipment.
・T-CAT Home Delivery: Delivered to your designated address within approximately 1–2 business days after shipment.

International Orders:

Available via EMS or ePacket international shipping.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping conditions, customs clearance, and local delivery services.

Tax Information

YOIZUKI GARDEN only collects Sales Tax.
Any import duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, or other related charges incurred in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and must be handled according to local regulations.

Customers are advised to check their country's import regulations before placing an order to avoid unexpected fees or delays during delivery.

International Shipping Notice

International orders may experience delays due to customs inspections, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for confirming whether their country permits the import of related products and providing accurate and complete shipping information to ensure successful delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, the package will be handed over to Chunghwa Post (EMS/ePacket), at which point the order is considered shipped. We are not responsible for delays, loss, damage, customs clearance, retention, returns, or misdelivery that may occur during international transit, customs inspection, or local postal delivery.

For any delivery issues, please contact Chunghwa Post or the local postal service in the destination country using the tracking information provided.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete to prevent delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
