Shipping Method
YOIZUKI GARDEN provides shipping services within Taiwan and internationally.
Once your order is completed and shipped, we will select the appropriate shipping method based on your destination.
Taiwan Orders:
- Orders are shipped via 7-ELEVEN Store-to-Store Delivery Service.
- Delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days after shipment to the designated store.
International Orders:
- Orders are shipped via EMS International Shipping Service.
- Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping conditions, customs inspection, and local delivery processes.
Tax Information
YOIZUKI GARDEN only collects Sales Tax.
Any import duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, or other related charges incurred in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and must be handled according to local regulations.
Customers are advised to check their country's import regulations before placing an order to avoid unexpected fees or delays during delivery.
International Shipping Notice
International orders may experience delays due to customs inspections, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
