To ensure every customer has a great purchasing experience, please read the following service policy before placing an order. Completing an order indicates that you have read and agree to the following terms.
Product Creation
- All items are made to order, and each piece is handcrafted.
- Due to the nature of handmade items, slight variations may occur — such as in color, detail, and arrangement — which are natural characteristics of handcrafted work.
Shipping Time
- Production begins once an order is confirmed.
- Orders ship within 5–10 business days after purchase; for certain items, please refer to the timeframe listed on the product page.
- If the shipping date falls on a weekend or public holiday, it will be postponed to the next business day.
Product Notes
- As these are handmade items, slight variations may exist, and complete uniformity between pieces cannot be guaranteed.
- Please store and use the product with care, avoiding prolonged exposure to water or chemicals, as well as excessive pulling, in order to extend its lifespan.
