Product Making

Each product page indicates the relevant production method and customization details.

All wearable nail art pieces are made to order and handcrafted by us individually. Because handmade items are inherently unique, each piece may show slight variations — such as in color, detail, or arrangement — which are natural characteristics of handcrafted work.

Product photos may differ slightly from the actual item due to lighting conditions and screen display settings at the time of photography; please refer to the actual product received.

Shipping Time

Orders ship within 5–10 business days, counted from the day after payment is confirmed; some items may follow the timeframe specified on their product page. If an order includes items with different shipping times, all items will ship together based on the longer timeframe — if you'd prefer separate shipments, please place separate orders.

Should the shipping date fall on a weekend or public holiday, it will be pushed to the next business day.

Product Care

Please store and use the product with care, avoiding prolonged exposure to water, chemicals, or excessive pulling, in order to extend its lifespan.

If the wearer has sensitive nails/skin or a history of allergies, we recommend a small patch test first. If any discomfort occurs after wearing, please remove the product immediately and discontinue use.

Payment Methods

YOIZUKI GARDEN's primary currency is New Taiwan Dollars (TWD), and payments are processed through third-party payment services.

Payment for Orders within Taiwan

Orders within Taiwan can be paid via convenience store payment codes or credit card. Available card types and payment terms are subject to what is displayed on the ECPay payment page.

Payment for Overseas Customers

After the order is placed, YOIZUKI GARDEN will send a NewebPay payment link via email within approximately 1 day. Buyers can complete payment through this link; available payment methods and terms are subject to what is displayed on the NewebPay payment page. 

Product prices are listed in TWD; the amount shown on the actual payment page may differ slightly from the listed price due to currency conversion. Any fees arising from currency conversion, international transactions, or other cross-border transaction charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Payment Confirmation

An order is considered paid only after the payment has been completed and confirmed by the payment system. YOIZUKI GARDEN reserves the right to cancel orders with failed, cancelled, overdue, or incomplete payments.

Personal Data Protection

The personal information you provide (including name, email, shipping address, and payment-related information) is used solely for order processing, shipping, and customer service communication. Yoizuki Garden will safeguard this information in accordance with applicable regulations and will not share it with third parties for other purposes.
